What an unusual picture. Is it upside down?
It’s a view of a crashing wave from the side. The sun is setting off to the left, and reflecting on the wave + water, which is why the bokeh is so light.
I had to look up the term “bokeh”. At first glance, I thought it was a miss-spelling. Wrong…once again. Thanks for the educational moment!
